Welcome to our website! (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
When you use the Website (including www.turingcare.com and its subpages with information, as well as information submitted through the "Contact Us" page), this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") applies to you.
This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between you and Vizolink (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of the Website, so please read all the terms of this Agreement carefully, especially the terms that are prominently marked in bold or underlined (such as breach and handling terms, liability limitation and exemption terms, dispute resolution terms). If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop using it.
If you are a person without civil conduct capacity or a person with limited civil conduct capacity (under eighteen years of age or, despite being eighteen years of age or older, with unsound mind or intellectual disability), please inform your guardian before using the Website and read this Agreement and use our services under the guidance of your guardian.
Article 1: Scope of Application
This Agreement applies only to this Website and does not apply to other products or services of ours or our affiliated companies, nor to services provided to you by other third parties ("other third parties" include but are not limited to any third-party websites and third-party service providers).

Please note that after you enter other websites of us or our affiliated companies or third-party websites, the services provided by the corresponding websites should be referred to the corresponding agreement terms, and this Agreement does not apply.
3) Contact us. You can contact us through the "Contact Us" module and other contact methods provided to provide us with your inquiries and suggestions.
Article 3: Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and the information published on the Website (including but not limited to text, charts, logos, images, sound file segments, etc.) are the property of us or our content providers. Without our or the content owner's written permission, they cannot be used at will. Article 4: Breach and Handling

If this causes us any loss, you should also compensate for all losses caused to us.

The conclusion, execution, modification, interpretation, and other related matters of this Agreement, as well as disputes arising from this Agreement or related content, shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao).
If you have any disputes with us regarding the content of this Agreement or related content or its execution, you should try to resolve them amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, you or we can file a lawsuit with the People's Court that has jurisdiction over the defendant's residence.
Article 7: Notice and Delivery
The contact information you provide when consulting or contacting (including but not limited to email, hereinafter referred to as "your contact information") will be your valid notice method.

Any notice we send to any one or several of your contact methods will be deemed successfully delivered if sent electronically after the sending is successful; if sent by paper carrier, it will be deemed successfully delivered five working days after mailing to your contact address. For any disputes between you and us, you agree that judicial authorities can serve legal documents to you through one or several of your contact methods. You should ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and effective; otherwise, you will bear the relevant legal consequences if legal documents cannot be served or are not served in time.
Article 8: Agreement Modification, Suspension, and Termination
The services provided by the Website will be strictly implemented in accordance with the service terms and operating rules published in this Agreement. According to the changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of the Website's operation, we may modify the relevant terms of this Agreement from time to time, and the modified content will be announced to you. You acknowledge and confirm that if you do not agree with the updated content, please stop using the relevant services or functions; if you continue to use, we will consider that you agree to accept the modified content.
If you violate the relevant provisions of this Agreement, we may suspend/terminate the provision of services to you, and at this time, this Agreement will be suspended/terminated.
Despite the termination of this Agreement, Articles 4, 5, 6, and 7 of this Agreement shall remain effective; and we have the right to continue to pursue your liability for breach of contract for your previous breaches.
Article 9: Miscellaneous
This Agreement applies to the period from your use of the Website until we terminate your access to the Website.
If any provision of this Agreement is ruled to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. If we do not exercise any rights, it does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
We can freely assign, transfer, or novate this Agreement in whole or in part without your prior consent or notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that our partners or affiliated companies shall not bear any legal responsibility for this Agreement under any circumstances.
Other rights not expressly authorized are reserved by us, and you must obtain our written permission to exercise these rights.
